New paid subscriptions can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@kitecareer.com with your order ID.

After 7 days

Refunds outside the 7-day window are reviewed case-by-case. Pro-rata refunds may be offered if the service was unavailable for an extended period.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
