1. What we collect

We collect: account information (name, email, phone), resume content you create or upload, job applications, interview transcripts, and usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

2. How we use it

Data is used to deliver and improve features (resume generation, ATS scoring, interview coaching), recommend jobs, and process payments. AI features may send anonymized text to the LLM provider configured by your administrator.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, PayU), email/SMS providers (Resend, Twilio), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Mistral) only as required to deliver the service.

4. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and GDPR (where applicable), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@kitecareer.com.

5. Retention

Active account data is retained for the life of your account. Deleted accounts are wiped within 30 days. Anonymized aggregates may be retained for analytics.

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
